About This

- With Wooden Lid & Dual Handles: Fitted wooden lid for steaming/braising and two hemp-rope wrapped side handles for a comfortable, anti-scald grip. Serves 3–5 people—great for family meals.
- Flat Bottom All Stovetops: Stable base works on induction, gas, and electric cooktops. (Not oven/broiler safe; keep rope handles and wooden lid away from direct flame.)
- Season & Care (Rust Prevention): Lightly oiled with cooking oil for transit—wash before first use and season. After each cook, hand-wash, dry completely, then wipe a thin coat of cooking oil. Do not soak or use dishwasher. Avoid thermal shock (no hot-pan-into-cold-water).
